At SeniorBella, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

We want you to shop with confidence — try your new wig at home, and if it’s not perfect, we’ll make it right.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The lace must be uncut, and all tags, nets, and packaging should remain intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Wigs that have been worn, dyed, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@seniorbella.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you simple return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or send out your replacement wig within 3–5 business days.


💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear.

  • If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship your new item once the returned product is received and inspected.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or cut.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Custom or special-order wigs.
