💸 Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The lace must be uncut, and all packaging, tags, and nets must remain intact.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for wigs that have been worn, dyed, cut, or altered in any way.

🔁 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@seniorbella.com with your order number and refund reason.

  2. Our customer service team will confirm your eligibility and provide a return shipping address. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

  • Please allow 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

We cannot process refunds for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, dyed, or cut

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made wigs or personalized orders

💰 Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs fees or import taxes paid are non-refundable, as they are charged by your local customs office.
If you were charged unexpected fees, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to assist you and offer guidance.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
